Pieter Leendert Kooiman (Vlaardingen, 22 november 1913 – 2 april 1990) was een Nederlands bedrijfsleider die zich ging inzetten voor het verzet tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Hij was een lidmaat van de gereformeerde kerk ewerd werd commandant van het gecombineerde verzet in Dordrecht.

Hij leidde Verenigde Bedrijven Tankfabriek-Kooiman n.v., een bedrijf in zuurbestendige apparaten te Papendrecht, waarvan zijn vader de eigenaar was.

Later stichtte hij het museum 1940-1945 in Dordrecht.

In 1988 werd een plaquette aan de gevel van het museum onthuld.

Hij ontving een Koninklijke decoratie voor zijn werk in het verzet.
