Hij huwde tweemaal: eerst te Yperen 13 Dec. 17.2 met Jkvr. Abigael Catharina de Salis, geb. aldaar 29 April 1732, overl. te Breda 3 Dec. 1743, dochter van Ridder Rudolf, luitenant-generaal en kolonel van een regiment Zwitsers, en van Amaranthe Catharina de Raet van Kerchem, en daarna 5 Febr. 1747 met Elisabeth Dierkens, geb. 23 Sept. 17.9, weduwe van Mr. Willem van der Burgh (zie geslachtlijst Dierckens). Uit het eerste huw. werden geboren:
