Maarten GRASWINCKEL, geboren te Delft 29 Juni 1612, gestorven aldaar 20 April 1675, zoon van Engelbert Graswinckel en Margarethe van Hogenhouck. Delftsch regent. Hij was in de stad zijner inwoning raad van 1652-1672, schepen van 1658-1662, burgemeester in 1665, 1666 en 1672. Verder komt hij voor als gedeputeerde ter dagvaart. In 1672 was hij belast met het inundeeren der landen bij Schiedam en Delftshaven (Res. Holl. 6 Juli 1672). Bij de regeeringsverandering in September van dat jaar ‘excuseerde’ Willem III hem (Sylvius, vervolg op Aitzema, VII, 444). Hij huwde Maria van Ruyven Hermans dr. op 27 Juli 1636.
