Delft 8 april 1599, zoon van Ewout Jacob Bruinsz.en Mayken (Maria) Lievendr. De Huybert.
Hij huwde 1e Delft 15 januari 1570 met Alida van Hoogenhouck, geb. Delft 1 setember 1550, overl. Delft 16 juli 1581, dochter van Jan Jacobsz. (van Hoogenhouck) veertigraad van Delft, en Anna Jansdr. van der Mije.
Hij huwde 2e Delft 28 augustus 1583 met Claesgen Claesdr. Knobbert, geb. Delft 19 mei 1566, testeerde Delft 24 februari 1602 bij notaris Jacob Dassegny,4 benoemde haar zoon Dirck Jacobs tot enige erfgenaam en geeft legaten aan de kinderen gewonnen uit Jacob Euwouts eerste huwelijk, overl.
