''12 febr. 1684: compareren voor notaris G. Walthery te Dordrecht Aelbrecht, Cornelis en Bastiaen Leendertsz. Snoo, allen gebroeders wonende aan de Vrouwgelenweg onder het Volgerland van Meerdervoort, te kennen gevende, hoe dat zij op 6 dec. 1681 met hun broer Cornelis Leendertsz. Snoo de Oude en Jan Pietersz. Bootsman, als echtgenoot van hun zuster Neeltie Leendertsdr. geschift, gescheiden en gedeeld hebben de nalatenschap van hun vader, wijlen Leendert Gerritsz. Snoo, volgens akte gepasseerd voor notaris Hugo van Dijk te Dordrecht, in dier voege, dat Aelbrecht Leendertsz. Snoo is aanbedeeld een huis, waarin hun vader is overleden, met één morgen land daaraan gelegen, dat Cornelis Leendertsz. Snoo is aanbedeeld 550 roeden zaailand en Bastiaen Leendertsz. Snoo 1 morgen 200 roeden weiland. Dat alles op voorwaarde, dat Aelbert aan Bastiaen zal uitkeren een somma van 350 gl. en aan Cornelis een somma van 100 gl. De roerende goederen, die hun vader heeft nagelaten, blijven gemeenschappelijke bezit, ten einde die mettertijd te kunnen verkopen tot aflossing van de schulden en lasten, die op de boedel rusten. Aelbrecht en Cornelis tekenen met een merkje. Bastiaen zet een kruisje.''
