Notes about Johannes BECIUS

Johannes BECIUS, te Dordrecht in 1590 geboren, gestorven te Zierikzee in 1628. Hij is gehuwd geweest met Helena Koks. 27 Oct. 1609 begon hij zijn studiën te Leiden, in 1614 waren deze voltooid. Na achtereenvolgens de kerken van Lind (of Groote Lint en Pieterman), van Nieuwpoort en van Fijnaart te hebben gediend, verruilde hij in 1617 de laatstgenoemde standplaats voor Zierikzee. Zijn zoon Johannes, geb. te Zierikzee, trouwde Mei 1666 in 2e huwelijk met Adriane Danckerts, weduwe van Mr. Philippus Lansbergius, advocaat voor den Hove van Holland.
