Deze verklaring is gedaan in tegenwoordigheid van Hendrikus de Bruijn, oud 36 jaren van beroep fabrieksarbeider wonende te Nijmegen en van Cornelis Mostert, oud 25 jaren, van beroep opperman, wonende te Nijmegen. Na gedane voorlezing van de tegenwoordige geboorteacte aan den deklarant en aan de getuigen hebben zij met ons geteekend, uitgezonderd de eerste getuige die verklaarde wegens ongeoefendheid niet te kunnen schrijven.
