    Cornelis Bosman, deurwaarder bij het vredegeregt, Jan Zondag, Isaac van Spijk en Abraham Wijzenbroek, agenten van Policie, wnd. allen binnen deze stad, dewelke op derzelve geweten plegtig hebben verklaard, dat zij comparanten zeer goed kennen.
    Francisca Rondeltap, woonachtig te Schiedam en dat zij zeer wel weten, dat derzelver ouders zijn genoemd geweest Josephus Rondeltap en Johanna Huijpen, zoo als dezelve te regt bij de aantekening des doops van dezelve hare dochter, in dato den zestiende Julij 1782 zijn aangetekend geworden en de vader niet Joost Rondeltap en de moeder niet Johanna van Uden, zoo als beide bij de aantekening hunner overlijden abusief zijn genoemd geworden, blijkens extracten daarvan, afgegeven door den Heer Ambtenaar van den Burg.Staat der Stad Schiedam, in dato den 8e Mei l.l., zoodat mitsdien Josephus Rondeltap en Joost Rondeltap een en dezelfde persoon, gelijk ook `Johanna Huijpen en Johanna van Uden is een en dezelfde.
