Haar achernaam vernoemt in de akte van Blijkbaarheid opgesteld door Johannes Jan Mulders & Hendrina Everts is niet goed te lezen. In het boek dopen trouwenen lidmaten van de Ned Hervormde kerk te druten word zij vernoemd als Wilhelmina van Muilekom, Haar huwelijk met Gerardus WIllems word ontbonden of teruggdraaid, ongedaan gemaakt op 07-03-1734 te Afferden. Het Katholieke DTB boek van Afferden bevat dus ook echtscheidingen. deze werden in het Latijns geschreven als (Caontarera Matrmonium)
