Na een lange voorbereiding heeft God een einde gemaakt aan een werkzaam apoatolisch leven. Haar grote roeping was het geestelijk moederschap. Waar zij haar hulpniet kon geven aan eigen kind, daar wist zij anderen te vinden die haar zorgen nodig hadden. zo was zij een goede moeder voor de kinderen, een trouwe vriendin voor de armen. een ijverig apostel door voorbeeld, lijden en gebed, een blijde vrouw die belangstelling had voor iedereen. Zij wist dat niemand moeder word dan door te lijden. Maar dit offer, dat ook meerder malen vn haar gevraagt werd, heeft zij met grote blijmoedigheid gebracht. Mogen allen, die haar hulp ondervonden of haar vriendschap genoten, haar lang gedenken in gebed en offer. Zo zal zij de rust verkrijgen, die zij op aarde niet krijgen kon: de eewige rust in god met haar ouders en haar man.
Dat Maria ideaal van iedere moeder en ook haar ideal, deze trouwe Congreganiste moge bijstaan en haar binnenleiden in het bruiloft van het Lam, waar alleen vreugde gekend wordt. Heer, geef haar de eewige rust. en het eeuwige licht verlichte haar. Dat zijruste in vrede. Amen.
