Na het over;lijden van Maria van Maurik gaat Pieter Ijpelaar in ondertrouw onder de gerechten van Abcoude-Baambrugge, Deze akte staat in het trouw register van Baambrugge (Alle gezindten) FamilySearch.org (Image 291) en vermeld dat hij in ondertrouw gaat met Catharina van Oosten geboortig en wonende al hier En Pieter IJpelaar gebortig onder deze gerechten en woonachtig te Maarssen. de akte word opgemaakt op 20 augustus 1785 te Baambrugge.
