Aangifte van zijn overlijden werd gedaan door Jan Jans VAN DER LINDEN, zijn zoon (f 3,-). 1729: Jan Hendrikse van der LINDEN verzoekt acte van indemniteit voor zijn acht kinderen voor de helft of van zijn zijde. Naame der kinderen Hendrick 19jr, Ercksie 16jr, Jan 14jr, Cornelis 11jr, Adrijanus 9jr, Ariaantje Jans 5jr en Dirck 2jr. De vader wil voor zichzelve ook om een acte verzoeken maar dacht die niet nodig te hebben. De diaconie zoude voor de wederhelft zorgen. Gedaan te Numansdorp 26 Apr 1729.
