Op 17-08-17(24?) compareren voor notaris Hendrick van der Hoep te H.I. Ambacht de echtelieden Willem Franse Pleijsier en Barber Jans de Pee. Zij verklaren over en weer de langstlevende tot erfgenaam en stellen elkaar aan tot voogd en voogdesse over de minderjarige kinderen. De langstlevende moet de kinderen opvoeden, laten leren lezen en schrijven en een ambacht laten doen leren. Zij legateren aan de kinderen elk hun legitiem portie van klederen, zowel van linnen als wollen, en het aanwezige goud en zilver. Als voogden worden benoemd: Arij Franse Plijsier en Cornelis Jansz. de Pee. In het bijzijn van de getuigen Pleun Pijl en Steven Pasman plaatsen de beide echtelieden hun handtekening.
Jan Gerritse de Pee en Marijge Cornelisse van der Sluys, echtelieden wonende aan de Oostendam, maakten op 14-11-1729 een testament op de langstlevende. Deze moest hun minderjarige kinderen Marijtje en Gerrit Janse de Pee 600 gld. met uitzet uitreiken, hetgeen de meerjarige kinderen Cornelis en Berber Janse de Pee reeds hadden ontvangen. De twee zonen (Gerrit en Cornelis) zouden elk de helft van de grote en kleine schuiten met toebehoren in het bezit krijgen. De langstlevende der echtelieden zou voogd zijn en na diens overlijden hun zoon Cornelis en behuwd-zoon Willem France Plaisier. Zij plaatsten hun handmerkje.
