Schalck Jacobsz verklaart het moederlijke erfdeel van zijn kinderen uit zijn eerste huwelijk met Maijcken Aerts geboren, veilig gesteld te hebben. Hij benoemt tot zijn enige universele erfgenamen zijn vrouw Gerritge Jans Schansman en zijn voor- en na-kinderen.
