Neeltgen Wouters - 38 jaar - weduwe van Jacob Gerritsz van der Zegen (tijdens zijn leven hoog heemraad te Ridderkerk), Japhet Henricxsz in't Velt - 38 jaar en Emont Dircxsz Kunst - 26 jaar - verklaren op verzoek van Meeus Cornelisz, zoon van Cornelis Meeuwsz Legendijck, dat zij bij Neeltgen thuis zijn geweest op 1 Januari jl. Daar waren ook aanwezig Gijsbert Jacobsz Nuchteren en Willem Cornelisz Boer, woonachtig in Strijen. De requirant kwam binnen in gezelschap van Frans Loduwijcxsz, wonende te Ridderkerk.
