14 mei 1639: Willem Diricksz. Breeckvelt, wonende te Puttershoek, als procuratie hebbende van Cornelis Jansz. Nieuwenboer, echtgenoot van Anneken Nuijssenborgh, die eerder weduwe was van Leendert Jaecops, schout van Puttershoek, enerzijds en Jan Lambertsz. van Duiesborgh, als man van Dijnghetie Cornelisdr., anderzijds, verklaren "eenighe questij met malcanderen te hebben" aangaande de nalatenschap van Leendert Jaecops. Comparanten zijn overeengekomen, voor zoveel de erfportie van Jan Lambertsz. aangaat, dat Breeckvelt aan hem een bedrag van 6 gl. 6st. zal uitkeren en dat hetgeen Jan Lambertsz. uit het erfhuis van Leendert Jaecops heeft gemijnd of gekocht, bedragende 6 gl. 1 st., mede als voldaan beschouwd wordt.
