Zij benoemt tot enige erfgenamen haar 4 kinderen Pieter Kwak, Job Kwak, Abraham Kwak en Adriana Kwak allen meerderj. indien zij de volgende dispositie erkennen. Zij legateert aan haar 2 zonen Job en Abraham een aantal met name genoemde beesten. Aan haar zoon Job de keuze om de bouwmanswoning met alle landerijen te aanvaarden o.a. de landerijen tegen 125 gld per gemet en de rest door taxatie van haar executeuren. Zij benoemt daartoe Leendert van den Brand haar broer bouwman onder Nieuw Helvoet, haar neef Izaak Vermaat bouwman onder Rugge en haar neef Leendert Anthonis Droogendijk bouwman mede onder Rugge. Getuigen Pieter Abrahams de Bruijn, arbeider, Jan de Lange arbeider, Leendert Vingerling bouwknecht allen wonende Oostvoorne en Abraham van Rij bouwknecht onder Rugge.
