Sententies van Het Hof Van Holland, nr.659, akte 149: 7 Okt 1622, Claes Adriaensz Van SORGEN, wonend inde Nieuwe Tonge, contra de kinderen ende erfgenamen van Rombout De BUIJSERE. De erfgenamen van Rombout De BUIJSERE (waaronder Jacob ROMBOUTSZ) hebben op 27 Apr 1616 in het openbaar voor Schout en Schepenen van Nieywe Tonge te koop aangeboden "seeckere huijsinge, schuijre ende erve, staende aldaer bewesten de kercksingel van den dorpe voorn en streckende voor van der SRATEN, westwaerts op, tot aen tgeene dijcksloot toe", in welk huis Rombout De BUIJSERE is overleden. Er is onenigheid over de door de koper (Claes Arens Van SORGE) te betalen renten. Uitspraak: verklaart Impetrant (Claes Adriaensz Van SORGEN) niet bezwaard en veroordeelt hem in de kosten van het proces. Proces voor Schout en Schepenen van Nieuwe Tonge 19 Dec 1617, vonnis 14 Mei 1618.
