Op huijden den 19 Januarij 1771 compareerden voor ons Pieter van Rosenburg secretaris , Engel van Dintel en Jan van Walbucq, schepenen van de heerlijkheidt Oudenhoorn der eersamen Leendert Vermaas en de eerbaere Piertertie Wolbrants Droogendijk laast weduwe van Jacob Langstraadt woonende onder deese jurisdictie ons secretaris en schepenen bekendt hebbende beijde haar volkome verstandt en onverwarde uijtspraak over haar kinderen met Langstraat staat het volgende Ende sij comparante ter dispositie kommende verklaard tot haer enig en universeelen erftgenaem ofte erftgenaemen te nomineeren ende te institueeren den voornoemden haaren man Leendert Vermaas benevens haar voordogter Jacoba Langstraat en de kinderen van haar overledene voordogters Arjaintie, Bastiaantie en Maria Langstraadt bij representatie in haar overleden moeders plaatsen en eijndelijk de kinderen uijt dit huwelijk verweckt ider in een geregt kints gedeelte, en sulks te saeme in alle haer comparante na te laetene soo roerende als onroerende goederen actien en crediten meede, niets uijtgesondert
