Zij is voornemens te gaan trouwen met Leendert Jans Poldervaart arbeider wonende Vierpolders in een huis nr 09 eerst weduwnaar van Jaapje Jobs Roskam en laatst van Leentje Leenderts Trouw, oud 47 jr, wiens vader was Jan Poldervaart arbeider en moeder Jannetje Leenderts Schuitman, beiden overleden. Zij verzoekt aan de nts haar te vergezellen naar haar vader teneinde hem het eerbiedig verzoek bij de wet gerequireerd om haar tav haar voorgenomen huwelijk van zijn raad te dienen, te doen. Acte gepasseerd in Vierpolders. De nts heeft zich met het verzoek vervoegd aan de vader die verklaarde zijn volkomen toestemming te geven. Getuigen Leendert Touw en Hendrik Krijns Nieuwland, beiden bouwlieden wonende Vierpolders.
