Esseboom koopt tienden op grond van de Noortcavel in 1683 voor 40 gld.; in 1688 voor 20 gld.; in 1689 voor 36 gld.; in het Land van Essche in 1683 voor 40 gld.; in de Zuytcavel van den Brouck in 1689 voor 40 gld.; in de Cleyne Zuytcavel in 1685 voor 70 gld.; in 1689 voor 28 gld.; in Nieuw Bonaventura, bezuiden den Langendam in 1688 voor 60 gld. Jacob Esseboom brengt aan op 4-12-1691, dat hij gekocht heeft van Hugo Repelaer, een huis, schuur en erf in het Land van Esch, aan het Geldlose Path voor 150 gld. De onmondige kinderen uit het huwelijk van Jacob Ariensz. Esseboom met Cornelia Thonis Schilperoort, en uit haar huwelijk met Arie Roos, zijn erfgenamen van Lijntje Goverts Gordijk op 9-7-1708. Simon Hendriksz. Barendrecht, voogd over de minderjarige kinderen van Jacob Arensz. Esseboom en Cornelia Thonis Schilperoort, transporteert land in Nieuw Bonaventura d.d. 7-1017-11. Simon Hendricksz. Barendrecht, als in huwelijk hebbende gehad Neeltie Thonis Schilperoort, voor zich zelve en noch als vooght van en over de minderjarige kinderen van Cornelia Thonis Schilperoort, daer vader af was Jacob Arensz. Esseboom, ende Gerrit Abrahamsz. Hacksteen, tot zijn huysvrouw hebbende Trijntie Aerts Bergeijk, die erfgename is van Aert Jacobsz. Drogendijck, boer, overl. soon, verwekt aen Jacob Pleunen Drogendijck, boer, voorgaende man mede voor sich selve, noch Maeike Thonis Schilperoort, ongehuwde meerderjarige dochter, alsmede Annetie Pieters, wed. van Gerrit Thonisz. Schilperoort, allen erfgenamen van Lijntie Goverts Gortdijck, die wed. was van Hendrick Cornelisz. Blaucamer; zij hebben getransporteerd aan Ary Bastiaensz. Boer, de nombre van omtrent 4½ m. land in Nieuw Bonaventura, gelegen op de grond van de Brouck, belend Z: de Bermsloot, W: mevrouw Hallingh, N: de coper selfs en O: de Broucksewegh. Voldaan met 2600 gld. de hoop, d.d. 7-10-1711.
