Inhoud: Heyndrick Dircksz, weduwnaar wonende in Portugael vermaakt aan de diaconie-armen van Portugael en Hoochvliet 600 gld en aan de armen van Pernis en Roon 100 gld, aan de scholasterie van Portugael 200 gld en al zijn roerende en onroerende goederen aan zijn erfgenamen. Als executeurs benoemt hij zijn broer Jan Dircxsz van Driel en zijn neven Bastiaen Dircxsz en Gerrit Pietersz Velsenaer. De schout en het gerecht van Portugael zullen zich niet met zijn testament mogen bemoeien. Alle voorgaande codicillen en testament zijn hierbij herroepen. N.B: Doorgehaald is een legaat van drie gemeten weiland aan Willem Doens, zoon van zijn broer Doen Dircksz. Belendingen: Willem Hendriksz, Cornelis Claesz Ketting, Neeltgen Jans de Raat en de Weertsenwech gelegen in Portugael in Albrantswaert.
