Langstlevende voogd of voogdes en na dood van deze van zijn kant Pieter van Vliet korenmolenaar wonende Nieuwenhoorn en van haar zijnde haar broer Jan van der Blom wonende Abbenbroek en seclusie van de weeskamer. Bastiaan Boogaard korenmolenaar en Lijsbeth van der Blom echtelieden wonende alhier. Zij verwijzen naar mutueel testament voor zelfde nts van 18-09-1751 waarbij tot voogden waren aangesteld na dood van langstlevende van de testateuren Pieter van Vliet en Arie van der Blom met de macht van assumptie. In verband met overlijden van beide voogden stellen zij thans aan hun beide oudste zonen Arie en Maarten Boogaard en seclusie van de weeskamer.
