John Neville was born circa 1416 in Oversley, Warwickshire, England .2 He was the son of Sir Ralph de Neville, 2nd Earl of Westmoreland and Mary Ferrers .1 He married Elizabeth Newmarch, daughter of Robert Newmarch , circa 1442 in a Oversley, Warwickshire, England marriage.2 He died on 17 March 1482.3
John Neville held the office of Sheriff of Lincolnshire from 1439 to 1440.3
