Zij was de enige dochter uit het tweede huwelijk van Focco Ukena. Zij erfde dan ook het volledige uitgebreide bezit van diens tweede echtgenote Hyddeke van Dijkhuizen, waartoe o.m. behoorden de borgen te Garreweer, Dijkhuizen en Oosterwijtwerd en goederen te Winsum en Oterdum.
Het geslachtsbsoek deelt ons nog het volgende over Ulske Ukena mede: "Vrauw Ulske heeft daerna noch langen Tijt geleeft, en ook noch somtijts haeren soon Eggerick te Boxbergen wesen besoeken met grooten staet en staetjuffrauwen en andere grote Ceremonien, gelijk se sulks was gewent ten Tijden van haer saligen Vader".
