Pieter Baert en Jonker Adriaen Studler van Zurck, heer van Hoogenhuysen, schepenen in Alcmaer, verklaren dat Ewout Jacobsz Spaans, lasthebber van Pieter, Neeltje, Aagje en Guurtje Ariens, Symon Willemsz, wonende te Purmerend, voor zichzelf en als voogd van het nagelaten kind van Aagje Willems, Wiggert Jans, wonende in de Beemster, Pieter Reijertsz, wonende te Uytgeest, en Jacob Pieter Lantsman, wonende te Hoorn, tesamen erfgenamen van Neeltje Claas, laatst weduwe van Adriaan Willemsz Molenaar, voor de ene helft, en Jan Roelofsz, gehuwd met Teetge Pieters, dochter van de broeder van
Adriaan Willemsz voornoemd, voor de wederhelft, verkocht hebben aan Gerrit Gerritsz Hilmis, een huis en erve aan de Oostzijde van het Cleyn Nieuwland, belend ten Oosten Jan Roelofsz, ten zuiden de stadswal.
