Philippe de Lannoy seigneur de Molembaix, Fouleng [Parents ] est né en 1487. Il est décédé le 12 septembre 1543. Philippe a épousé Yolende ou Françoise de Barbençon le 18 janvier 1517. Philippe a été employé du... au seigneur de Fouleng 1502.
En 1502, il est échanson de Philippe le Beau.
Il devient alors chambelan et homme de confiance de Charles-Quint qui s'en sert souvent d'émissaire dans ses rapports avec les Pays- Bas. En 1502, il devient seigneur de Fouleng ( ).
En 1521, l'armée impériale prend possession de Tournai sous le commandement du sire de Lannoy, grand écuyer de Charles-Quint.
En 1528, il est signalé comme seigneur du lieu dit " seigneurie de Molembaix " à Quevy-le-Petit ( ).
En 1530, il est fait chevalier de la Toison d'or à Tournai et nommé chef des finances.
En 1531, il est présent à l'entrée de Charles-Quint à Tournai.
En 1540, il est grand-maître d'hôtel de la reine douairière de Hongrie, sœur de Charles-Quint.
En 1549 (???), il assiste à un dîner avec Charles-Quint et la dame de Molembaix accompagne la reine de France, sœur de l'empereur.

Yolende ou Françoise de Barbençon [Parents ] est née le 25 janvier 1500. Elle est décédée le 25 mai 1560. Yolende a épousé Philippe de Lannoy seigneur de Molembaix, Fouleng le 18 janvier 1517.
Un acte relatif à Clerfayts, du 30/09/1554, mentionne Françoise de Barbençon, dame douairière de Molembaix…( ).
Ils ont eu les enfants suivants:
   FiJossine de Lannoy est née en 1519, et est décédée le 18 mai 1561.
   FiiCatherine de Lannoy dame de Mastaing est née en 1522, et est décédée en septembre 1555.
   FiiiYolande de Lannoy Dame de Moembaix est née en 1525, et est décédée le 5 juillet 1610.
   FivMarie de Lannoy-Molembaix .
   FvAnne de Lannoy chanoinesse de Sainte-Waudru est née en 1529. Elle est décédée en 1572. Anne a été employé du... au chanoinesse de Sainte-Waudru 1536.  Anne de Lannoy est reçue chanoinesse de Ste-Waudru en 1536 à l'âge de 7 ans. Son testament datant de 1552 note qu'elle élit sépulture en la nef près de l'autel où on célèbre la messe du St-Sacrement. Elle fait de nombreuses fondations et laisse le résidu du reste à sa sœur Françoise, chanoinesse au même couvent.
   FviFrançoise de Lannoy chanoinesse de Sainte-Waudru est née en 1528. Elle est décédée en 1600. Françoise a été employé du... au chanoinesse de Sainte-Waudru 1536.  En 1585, elle fait un déplacement à Hérenthals pour un renouvellement de magistrat. En 1587, elle fait célébrer un obit pour sa sœur au monastère de Wauthier-Braine. En 1588, elle rédige un testament et en 1591, elle fait une fondation.
   MviiJean de Lannoy seigneur de Molembaix, Solre-le-Château. Zuteland, Fouleng… est né en 1509, et est décédé en 1560.
