1st - It is my will that I give to my brother and sisters as follows: to Mary A Clutter, sis ter, one dollar, to Elizabeth O. Hill, sister, one dollar, to Emily Burtnett, sister, one dol lar, to Margarett P. Linn, sister, one dollar, to Ellen Johnson, sister, one dollar, to Solom on F. Rosencrans, brother, one dollar, to Otto M. Rosencrans, nephew, one dollar, to be pai d to the above within two years after my demise.
2nd - I give and devise of all the residue of my Estate both personal and real to Maggie E . Downing my grand daughter, the one third interest of my estate absolutely that I may own a t my death.
3rd - I give and devise of all the residue of my estate both personal and real to Emily J. R osencrans, my wife the two third of my estate O may own at my death absolutely of all my land s, stocks, bonds notes and accounts whatsoever.
4th - I appoint and make them, Maggie E. Downing and Emily J. Rosencrans my wife sole Exectr ix of this my last will and testament without bond, provided that they be executrix shall pa y to the above named heris the amount so willed to tehm within the time stated if called for.
I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.  In oritus wherof I have here unto set my ha nd this 2nd day of Nov A.D. 1898.

Be it remembered that on the 17th day of January, A.D. 1906 before me Polk Quarles, Clerk o f the Probate Court in this and for the County of Henry aforesaid, personally came J. Noble a nd W. H. Ennice, the subscribing witnesses to the current will of John B. Rosencrans and beig by me first duly sworn, depose did say that the said John B. Rosencrans, the testatorsubm itted the said will as instrument of writing and published the same as his last will to them , the desponents; that he, the said testator was, at the time of signing and publishing his s aid will of sound mind and more than twenty-one years of age and that day, the despondents at tested the said will by signing their names then as witnesses in the presence of the said tes tators at his request and in the presence of each other J. Noble, W.H. Ennice
