Guillaume II Gouet (+v1120)
Sa mère et Geoffroy de Mayenne assurent la tutelle de son domaine pendant sa minorité, il devient majeur avant 1070.
En 1071 il épouse Eustachie dont la famille est sans doute originaire du Pays Chartrain. Ils ont quatre enfants:
- Guillaume III Gouet qui suit,
- Hugues Seigneur d'Alluyes et mort sans enfants, Alluyes retourne alors à son frère Guillaume III,
- Robert et Mathieu.
En 1062 alors que Geoffroy de Mayenne lutte contre les Seigneurs Normands, il fait partie des personnes que Mabille de Belleme essaie d'empoisonner: Ernault d'Echauffour meurt, Guillaume II Gouet et Giroie de Courville en réchappent.
Guillaume II doit ensuite lutter contre le Comte du Perche qui fait des expéditions contre Dangeau et Brou.
En 1079 il fait don de l'Eglise St lubin de Chateaudun à l'Abbaye St Père de Chartres. A partir de 1080 la famille Gouet se concentre sur la vallée de l'Ozanne. Guillaume et sa femme Eustachie donnent toujours leur approbation aux fondations monastiques qi apparaissent dans la région. A partir de 1110 c'est surtout Eustachie qui apparait dans les actes.
Guillaume Il est mort sans doute vers 1120 à un age assez avancé.
