Daniël Jacques Edmond DE HOCHEPIED (known as 'Edmund'), son of Edmond Jaques Paul DE HOCHEPIED (1867-1929) and Marie Francoise Octavie WISSING (1865-1945?), was born on 1 July 1891 in Buca (Boudjar), Smyrna, Turkey. He had the title 'Count'. He was a Secretary of the Legation of the Nederlands at Istanbul and Ankara. He married Blanche Helene Marie GUYS on 4 September 1918 in Smyrna, Turkey. He died on 26 October 1972 in Munich, Germany. He married Vera Anna Else Paula Dolly Berhandina Sofia VAN KAMPHOEVENER. He had a relationship with Ruth GRETZLER.
