HISTORY: Sources: Some Probable Descendaats of Thomas Struman, who immigrated 1640 at Kent Island, Maryland by Van A. Stilley.  Thomas Struman came to the Isle of Kent as a "servant on the ship Sarah Elizabeth.  The ship was loaded for the New World and Kent Isle of Maryland with goods from Colberry and Company in 1634".  Thomas married Ann ___ probably in England.  They came as a family to Kent Isle.  Thomas served in the House of Burgess from St. Michael's Hundered in 1638 and for St. Mary's in 1642-49.
