8th Lord Clifford
Thomas, 8th Lord Clifford, was summoned to Parliament 1436-1453.  He was born March 25, 1414.  He took the Lancastrian side in War of  the Roses and was slain at the Battle of St Albans in 1453.  He married Joan, daughter of Thomas, 6th Lord Dacre of Gilsland, who died before her husband.  They had John, Roger, Robert, Thomas, Elizabeth, Maud, Anne, Joan and Margaret.
