    Derwin H Patton, 81, of RD 1 Noxen, died Wed, Nov 18 1987 in the Leader Nursing Center West, Kingston, following a lengthy illness. Born Nov 30 1905 in Monroe Twp, he was a son of the late Charles and Flora Traver Patton.  He was employed by the Armour Leather Company, Noxen, 38 years and also employed by PennDOT eight years, and Monroe Twp 12 years as a general maintenance man.  He and his wife, the former Jane McMillan, celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in Oct. Surviving are children, Derwin Jr, Charles (Jack), and Mrs Alice Jane Conden, Beaumont; Mrs Margaret (Peggy) Weiss, Noxen; sister and brother, Mrs Marie McMillan and Bruce, Noxen; 12 grandchildren and 14 gr-grandchildren.  Funeral will be Sat at 11 a.. from Nulton Funeral Home, Beaumont, with the Rev Richard Gabriel, pastor of the Bowman's Creek Free Methodist Church, officiating. Interment in Beaumont cemetery.
