Notes about Cornelius Crom

Ephriam Middaugh bapt. 5-31-1738, in Orange Co., N Y. and d. 7-21-1779, in Revolutionary War- in the Battle of Minisink. He married Annatje Kroman/Krom in 1760/63. She was bapt 1743. Her parents were Cornelius Krom b. 1711 and Rebecca Shoonhoven b. 1717. State Rev. War Rolls say that Cornelius Krom was killed in action, serving as an Ensign in the Orange Co. Militia under Colonel John Hathorn's Fourth Regiment. of New York.  It is likely that Cornelius Krom was also killed in the Battle of Minisink.
