    EVELYN IRENE BOICE, 83, OF RR 3 TUNKHANNOCK, DIED SUNDAY AT HER HOME.
    December 22, 1996.  Evelyn Irene Boice, 83, of RR 3 Tunkhannock, died Sunday at her home. Born March 10, 1913, in Tunkhannock, she was the daughter of the late Shepard and Emma Knight Weed.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Solomon; sisters, Alice McCarthy and Ethel Crandall; brothers, Harold; Arthur; Albert; and Clarence Weed; and a step-grandson.
    Surviving are sons, H. Carl and Delmar Boice, both of Tunkhannock; a daughter, Shirley Stefanko, Tunkhannock; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral
    Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, with the Rev. C. Emory Weeks, pastor of
    the Tunkhannock Baptist Church, officiating.  Interment will be in Orcutt Cemetery, Noxen. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
