    Mrs Eva Alvira Boice, 79, of Idetown, died Friday Aug 15 (1980) in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.  Born in Mooretown Nov 7 1900, she was the former Eva A Goss, daughter of the late Merritt and Rose Smith Goss. She resided in Idetown for the past 44 years.  Before retiring, she ws employed at Natona Mills, Dallas.  She was a member of Idetown United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Howard Sr; sons George and Howard Jr, both of Idetown; daughter Mrs Jane Elston, Kunkle; sisters, Mrs Francis Hoover and Mrs Helen Kreidler, both of Idetown, Mrs Nettie Baer.44
