    CHIEF CLERK RICE BURIED
    Frank Edward Rice, former chief clerk to H. Balsey, trainmaster of the Middle Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad, was buried Saturday afternoon at Middletown.  Mr. Rice was well known in Harrisburg and his funeral was attended by many prominent railroad officials.
