    Russell Melchior, 92, of 224F Arlington Ave., Lower Paxton Twp., died Monday in Polyclinic Medical Center.  He was an engineer, retired from the former state Department of Highways, and a member of Market Square Presbyterian Church, the Keystonians and the Association of Retired State Employees.  Surviving is his wife, Olive Melchior. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery.  There will be no viewing or visitation. Hetrick Funeral Home, Susquehanna Twp., is handling arrangements.
