    RITES SATURDAY FOR MARBLE ROCK FARMER

    Charles City -- funeral services were held at the hauser Funeral Home here Saturday afternoon at 1:30 for Martin Randall, 89, who lived in the Marble Rock community, and died at Mercy Hospital, Mason City, Thursday afternoon, after an illness of about 2 weeks. The Rev. Fred Smith, pastor of the Rockford Methodist Church officiated and interment was made in Hillside Cemetery at Marble Rock.

    Mr. Randall lived in Montana most of his life and came here 12 years ago, to live with his nephew and nieces near Marble Rock.  He was born to Jobe and Ann Randall, October 16, 1856, in Clayton County, Iowa. He was single and is survived by Mrs. Opal Kelly; Virgil Randall and Miss Lucille Randall, all living in the Marble Rock community, and several other nieces and nephews, not living in this vicinity.
