" Ruth Bull Brewer died 30 Dec. 1870, at the age of 90 yrs 1mo 18 days. She died in Elgin County, Ontario and was buried in St. Peter's at Tyrconnell, Dunwich Twp. Elgin County. The reason for Ruth being buried so far away [from Prince Edward County]  is that she was living with her daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law, Stephen Bull, grandson of Josiah (and son of Amos), when they moved to Elgin County in 1869."
