Tull b. 8-?-1866 in Illinois; no record of death.  1900 census shows him living in Prairie Twp., Shelby Co., Ill. with wife and daughter.  1900 census also shows him living with his brother, Sylvester Hanks Ringo, in Moultrie Co., Ill., died 8-7-1937.  Child of Andrew Washington Ringo and Martha M.
