My family and I recently visited the family cemetery of Wm. and Mary Randolph at Turkey Island.  The cemetery is on private property and we had to get special permission to copy the info from the tombstones. I promised the owner that I would put the info on the web.  There is a 4 foot cement wall around the cemetery with no gate so it was quite an experience.   Hope someone out there enjoys reading about our Randolphs.

Known children of Richard Randolph and Elizabeth Ryland were as follows:
I. Richard Randolph.
II. Dorothy Randolph; b. Mar 1647
III Mary Randolph; baptized 2 Nov 1648 at Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire, England.
IV. Col. William Randolph, b. Oct 1650 at Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire, England; m. Mary Isham.

VIII.   Margaret Randolph; b. 25 Feb 1656/57; baptized at Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire, England.

While there were other Randolphs/Randalls in England, I have only listed here the siblings of William Randolph of Turkey Island, VA. Henry Randolph, Uncle of William of TI, immigrated circa 1642 to Virginia.   He was baptized 27 Nov 1623 at Houghton Parva, Northamptonshire, England; m. (1) Elizabeth, (2) Judith Soane.  He had 6 siblings.  The list can go on and on, as most of the English records are available for research.
