He was County Judge of Logan County, Kentucky. He and his wife lived at the ancestral home "The Knobs" far out on East 2nd Street, Russellville, Kentucky. It was the home where the family of Andrew Caldwell lived, and many members of the family lie buried on a lot near the residence. The data of this old graveyard has been copied by the Russellville D.A.R. Chapter and preserved in Volumes of Bible and Graveyard Data sent to the D.A.R. Libraries and Historical Societies.[Marmaduke Morton.ged]
