Van Aeswijn: wapen: in zilver 6 roode schuinbalken. Helmteeken: een uitkomende, aanziende roode vos. Het stamhuis van dit riddergeslacht, dat tot 1647 bloeide, was Aeswijn bij 's Heerenberg.
