In the Nobilaire, Père Anselme vol. 1, page 310, we find that Charles
I, Duke of Bourbon had a liaison with Jeanne de Souldet, which
produced a daughter, Jeanne Batarde de Bourbon, who was born circa
1442 and legitimated in October of 1492. She died about 1493. About
1472, Jeanne Batarde de Bourbon married Jean du Fau (born circa 1420);
they had a daughter named Jeannette du Fau (born after 1472), who
married after 20 Jan 1488 Pierre l'Hermite (born circa 1440, died
after 1491).
