William,  a colonel in the army, slain at Fontenay, his will bearing date at the Camp of Aschaffenburg, 26th June, 174.'!. He m. first, Philippa, daughter of Sir Charles llotham, bart. by Bridget Gee, and had one son, Thomas, and a daughter, Phi-lippa. Colonel Gee wedded second-ly, in 1736. Elizabeth, daughter of Roger Talbot, esq. of Woodend, in the county of York, and co-heir of her brother, Roger Talbot, esq. and had a son,
Rooi.n, successor to his grand-father.
