Gérard (III) seigneur de Chauvirey, chevalier, mort en 1315/1317, épousa successivement Agnès de Châteauneuf, morte en 1298 ; puis Béatrice de Commercy, fille de Vaucher de Chateauvillain-du-Jura et d’Isabelle de Montagu. (Renier seigneur de Bourbonne est cité comme oncle de Gérard).
