Le couple eut une fille Catherine de Nuards, puis Geoffroy de Charny, devenu veuf, épousa Jeanne de Vergy, dont il eut un fils Geoffroy II de Charny. Catherine de Nuards porta par son mariage, Pierre-Perthuis à Guy de la Trémoïlle, seigneur de Guillon qui possédait les plus grands domaines dans les deux Bourgognes (1352). Ce Guy de la Trémoïlle était le troisième fils de Guillaume de la Trémoïlle, chevalier, seigneur d'Husson, Chambellan des rois Charles V et Charles VI, Maréchal de Bourgogne. Sa mère était Marie de Mello.
