Procurador General el 1 de Abril de 1.562.
Diputado el 4 de Abril de 1.567 y 23 de Septiembre de 1.569.
Maestre Piloto en 1.572.Gobernador Interino de la Isla el 29 de Octubre de 1.574. Durante su mandato se enviaron a España los cedros y caobas para la construccion de El Escorial.
