5. Marsillis von Palant (1) Herr zu Frechem, Bachem und Wachendorf, Amtmann zu Münstereifel und Wilhelmstein. So schreibt er sich im J. 1556. Mit seiner Gattin Clara Haess hatte er neben andern Kindern (2) einen gleich namigen Sohn: Marsillis von Palant Herr zu Wachendorf, Wildenberg, Frechem und Bachem, verheirathet mit Anna von Winckelhausen, sodann mit Maria von Boedberg. Mit beiden Frauen hatte er mehrere Kinder, von denen ich nur seinen Sohn zweiter Ehe (3) bemerke: Marsilius Frh. von Palant Herr zu Wachendorf, Wildenberg, Frechem, Bachem und Kintzweiler, Amtmann zu Düren und Nörvenich, welcher mit seiner Gattin Anna Isabella von Merode zu Schlossberg folgende vier Töchter hatte:

a. Amelia Raba von Palant verh. mit Adolph Alexander Graf Von Hatzfeld.
b. Anna Catharina Constantia verh. mit Johann God fried Frh. von Gelder zu Arcen.
c. Anna Francisca Johanna verh. mit Hermann Diede rich Frh. von Syberg zu Eycks.
d. Isabella Gertrud Charlotta verh. mit Werner Adolph Frh. von Palant zu Gladbach und Maubach, welchem sie das Haus Wachendorf zubrachte (4).
